Thank you for your interest in becoming an educator at the Head Heart Hands Learning Foundation (H3LF). This is more than an application—it’s a space for you to reflect on your journey, aspirations, and how they align with the mission and values of H3LF.

Before you begin, we invite you to‬ ‭create a nurturing environment for deep reflection:‬

Environment Check:

1. Minimize Distractions :‬‭ Silence your phone and close unnecessary tabs on your computer for the next 30 minutes or so.

2. Comfort : ‬‭Make sure you're seated comfortably in a calm, peaceful space.

3. Lighting :‬‭ Position yourself in a well-lit spot ‬‭with gentle, natural light.

4. Set the Mood :‬‭ Play calming instrumental ‬‭music, light a candle, or add anything‬ ‭else that helps you settle into a reflective mindset.

‭Internal Check :

Take a deep breath and center yourself. Notice the energy in your body and the emotions your are feeling. Reflect for a moment on the thoughts that are most present for you right now. Feel free‬ ‭to jot down any observations as you prepare to engage with the questions ahead.
